|Recommended: NoPeople have told me that I am hard to please as I notice all the details and am extremely picky. I have to say Kingsley has met and more than exceeded my expectations. The community is nothing short of perfection. I can actually say its like being on vacation everyday. Being able to walk down and get a fantastic meal at many restaurants, have a drink, or a quick mid-afternoon swim are just a few of the things you can do. Let's not forget the staff- ABSOLUTELY amazing folks from the office to the maintenance guys. Could not even think of anything negative to say. Trust me- MOVE HERE

|Recommended: YesThey are just the best. I'm leaving Texas at 83 years old to move close to my daughter. My years have been in Texas and farming in Oklahoma. Moving this far away of what is familiar has not been an easy decision but Christa and Amy at Kingsley have made the moving physically easy. They have been an enormous help in making my move the easiest as possible. I owe them so much for helping me feel secure and confident about this move. The maitenance workers are hardworking and quick to fix any issues. I have really loved how quiet and professional everyone in my building is. It really feels like family in this community. This is truly a unique apartment complex to live in and I am excited I found them

|Recommended: YesHome — While the pandemic has made life a little difficult - the Kingsley staff has truly gone out of their way to still make this place a community of neighbors, not just a collection of apartments in close proximity.

|Recommended: YesGene and I LOVED living in Kingsley. I have lived at Kingsley since the middle of 2017 and Gene since the end of 2018. Between the two of us, we had the 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and shared the 3 bedroom at the end. We loved all the layouts, but most importantly we LOVED the staff. Lindsay, Krista, Patti, Dave, and Steve are the most amazing team ever. Very genuine and want the best for everyone that lives in Kingsley. Awesome for dogs and kids. The Kingsley staff always made us feel loved and welcomed and during the Quarantine, they did their best to stay engaged and it showed. Thank you guys for all that you do on a daily basis. We hated to leave and will forever think of Kingsley with the fondest and most loving memories

|Recommended: YesWhite Glove Rental Experience — From the point that I initially reached out to the staff at Kingsley the team has consistently exceeded my expectations. We're relocating to Ft. Mill area and needed services beyond renting an apartment - in addition to flawlessly executing the leasing and move-in process, the team has a rolodex of potential service providers they can share if you need things like rental furniture or rental washer dryer and they also proactively shared ideas with me that I wasn't considering that improved my move. I rated the noise 4 - not because of shared walls, due to closeness of highway 77 there is some road noise which is also dependent upon time of day and location of your actual unit. With that said, walking to variety of restaurants and access to I77 are also what made Kingsley appealing to me.
