TOP TIER. Camden helped me with getting my apartment and was so incredible. He took me on multiple tours, answered all of my questions with a smile on his face, and genuinely cared about my well being. I cannot rave about him enough He is seriously the best Meg Amy in the leasing office are also so sweet, fun, and helpful. So happy that I found my home in Kingsley

It’s ideal for commuters who work in Charlotte but prefer to live in a quieter, suburban setting. The location also offers easy access to major highways like I-77, so getting around is a breeze. There are plenty of nearby grocery stores, shopping centers, and restaurants, so you never have to go far to find what you need. The new leasing agent at Kingsley Apartments is such a pleasure He is both professional and genuinely invested in providing top-notch service to the residents. He takes the time to thoroughly explain all of the leasing options, and answer any questions. What really stands out about him is his level of attentiveness and friendliness. It’s not often you encounter a leasing agent who is this dedicated to ensuring residents are taken care of. Camden stands out as a bright example of professionalism and commitment I highly recommend getting in touch with him

|Recommended: YesThe property is very centrally located to my husband's work, as well as a lot of shopping and restaurant options. The Anne Springs Close Greenway is also within walking distance. The office and maintenance staffs are all very professional, efficient, friendly and accommodating. Any minor issue we had after moving in was immediately addressed by the excellent maintenance staff, Robert and Jimmy.
We appreciate that you took the time to write this review. We agree! Kingsley is located in such a great location with all of the dining and shopping options that are just a short walk away. Also, thanks for acknowledging our awesome maintenance team. We are lucky to have them.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Property — Though there are still things associated with apartment living that you cannot get away from, this is a wonderful property with all the amenities one could as for in a place to live Walkability to dog park, fitness, restaurants and shops... what a great place to live

It is clean, well lit and easy to navigate — This property is well located and easy to get to food, stores, gas, restaurants and other areas of interest. I enjoy walking and feel safe doing so at any time of the day or night. People are friendly and polite and seem to enjoy this area also.

|Recommended: NoOverall Im satisfied — A few noisy, modified cars in the parking lot that are very annoying and proximity to highway where more annoying modified cars always seem to be present but other than that I cannot complain. Amenities are amazing.

|Recommended: YesAs one of Kingsley’s first tenants on Mill Spring near the dog park and car wash, I have been amazed to see the quality look continue and if you never saw the gravel dog park, be glad. The dog park now is resort quality as well as the pool area. And I can’t say enough about the office staff. I’ve known Amy and Krista since day one, in fact Amy was my leasing agent. Keep up the good work
