|Recommended: YesLOVE this Community — I would highly recommend living here at Kingsley Beautiful apartments Great views Friendliest Office and Maintenance staff Lindsay, Patti, Krista, Dave and Steve are nothing short of AMAZING I have the luxury of being able to walk to work. Enjoy delicious restaurants. Perfect location with immediate access to 77N or 77S, Hwy 160, grocery shopping, etc.
As with any apartment complex, the noise levels can be a nuisance. Recently new neighbors having moved in has warranted in excessive heavy door slamming which in turn rattles my front door and loud neighbors underneath me. After 2 years of living here, this has been the only downfall. Otherwise, I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kingsley Apartments.

|Recommended: YesThe property is beautiful and well maintained. — Living here is great 👍🏿 being able to walk out my door and in 2 minutes arrive at Coldstones to get ice cream 🍦 can’t be beat. Also my morning coffee at Starbucks. But the best part is the friendliness of my neighbors and all the staff at the property.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Besides how well maintained are the buildings and outside areas, I love the conveniences that come with living here the dog park, gym, easy parking, fine restaurants within walking distance, access to the highway, access to shopping areas, closeness to airport, etc.
Staff in the office is so helpful and friendly, and the maintenance staff was very prompt, even on a Sunday
