|Recommended: YesWe live everything about Kingsley The girls in the office are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. We have been fortunate enough to not need the maintenance staff, but a huge shout out to the gentleman who helped me move a heavy dining room table.
There is plenty of parking for vehicles of all sizes. There are pet “potty” areas located through out the property as well as an updated pet park and dog spa.
If you are looking for an amazing residence in a social, and an upbeat environment, Kingsley is the perfect place. With all the different shops with in walking distance, the noise is minimum. We looked at several homes and then apartments and could not be happier with our decision

|Recommended: YesExcellent, I would recommend the property to everone. — I'm so happy that I found this property. I have nothing BAD to say about this property. the staff is excellent they are always nice, friendly. There are wonderful amenities, the club house is beautiful and I'm not just saying that because of the coffee bar, and snacks in the fridge. LOL the business center is nice and quiet, the 2 gym's are outstanding and the pool are has a beautiful grilling and lounge area equipped with TV and fireplace. The staff always has you package ready for you when you go to pick them up, they really get to know there residents with all the pizza parties at the pool and the brunch lunch on Saturday's.
Oh and it's nice clean and safe, not to mention All the walkable restaurants, and any kind of shop your heart desires.

|Recommended: YesNice Area — Kingsley has almost everything your looking for in a neighborhood. It has a great family atmosphere to it. Meet with friends to eat, stroll around the neighborhood, or sit by the pond and watch the ducks swimming. The office and maintenance staff at Kingsley are second to none
The only downside is the parking and the traffic. The resident's parking spaces are constantly being taken by customers of the businesses. The traffic is very heavy during the morning, at lunch, and in the evening. Overall, it's still a wonderful place to live.

|Recommended: YesThis is such an awesome place to live — I love living here. It's perfectly located within a few minute walking distance to several restaurants. There's also Yoga, Orange Theory, and Barre. Depending on where you're situated within the apartment complex will determine the noise level as there are a couple of larger companies nearby. Nothing a fan can't drown out though I love the high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and color scheme. I have lived here for nearly 8 months and have heard noises from my neighbors maybe a couple of times. The apartments are very well insulated. Maintenance requests were handled super fast. The ladies in the leasing office are always very friendly and helpful. The gym is really nice. I can't say enough about how much I love it

|Recommended: YesLove it here — The pet park is the best It's really big and lots of neighbors hang out there. I like walking everywhere and I can take my dog on the trail around the town square. The gyms are the best in the area too

|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — Wow 😮 What a beautiful place to live, I have been amazed by the amount of amenities and shops that are within walking distance of my apartment. My apartment is amazing in itself the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, the connectivity in the living room for cable and Ethernet are great. I can say nothing but great things about the apartment and the wonderful, helpful staff that assisted in making the move in smooth.

I only rated the Noise level down, because we have a family above us with some little ones that like to bounce balls and jump off furniture and run around kid stuff . But- that's apartment life
